Options Holidays - Supported Holidays For People With Learning Disabilities

It is becoming harder and harder to get provisional bookings in Hotels and on Foreign Trips, as people seem to book holidays a year ahead, so we really do need you to book early, so that we can get the best for you.

To reserve a place on a holiday, send in a deposit of 25%. If we do not have enough people booked for the holiday to go ahead, we will have to cancel and can either refund your deposit or transfer it to another holiday of your choice. Once we have 6 people booked on a holiday, the holiday is guaranteed and deposits are then non-refundable, unless we are able to get someone to take your place, there will be a 10% admin fee for this.

You must send a copy of your Passport (valid for 6 months after holiday) for all foreign holidays at time of booking. If you would like one of the holidays abroad we need your booking form and deposit by the date indicated as that is when we will finalized the holiday. Any booking received after that date cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best.

If you wish to reserve a place on a holiday, have your name placed on a provisional list or suggest a holiday you would like, and then please complete the form.

For a holiday to go ahead (to become guaranteed), we need at least 6 bookings. You will find information regarding this in the Status column. An Options logo () will mean that the holiday will definitely go ahead and still has spaces. For holidays that are fully booked and have no spaces left, we will write "full" in this column.
