Are you a budding Gordon Ramsay? If you think you can cut it in the kitchen, or just want to learn some new recipes, then come and join us for a gourmet’s delight break in the Forest of Dean.

You will learn to cook some delicious foods, fit to serve a King or Queen, but oh so easy to make. Visit some exciting places specialising in cheese, wine or other interesting treats.

Each day we will try the food of a different country, learn to cook something special and find out about that country. You will top it off by preparing and serving an enjoyable dinner to some guests and yourselves and experiencing some extra special meals out.

Finally, you can make your own cook book to take home with you so you can practice all those new found recipes in your own kitchen.
