Providing appropriate support for all our clients is our priority. We assess each individual on a bespoke basis, taking pride in enabling as many people as possible to access our holidays while respecting their independence and unique needs. Personal support is available and charged individually.
Transport
Our clients come from all around the UK, so the holiday begins at the at the venue. We can often arrange to meet you on route from our office to the venue or we can meet you at a pre arranged coach or train stop. Many of our clients prefer to use their own trusted taxi service. We can also arrange door-to-door transport with our wonderful partners at Driving Miss Daisy, a caring and attentive escorted driving service. The price they offer us is passed directly to you, allowing you to decide if it’s right for you.
Our holiday packages include all excursions, meals, and transport during your stay, with single rooms provided as standard for your comfort and enjoyment. We can offer shared rooms (if available) at a discount. The only extra you’ll need is spending money for drinks and souvenirs. Our city and show breaks continue to be popular, with secured tickets to outstanding live shows such as Disney on Ice, Mamma Mia!, Wicked and The Lion King, plus the chance to attend a Premier League football match. In addition to epic holidays to Singapore and Bali, The Great Scottish Exploration and Lapland, we’re also revisiting cherished destinations like the Isle of Man. We hope to have something for everyone!

We are proud to work in partnership with Driving Miss Daisy® to provide a unique, adapted door-to-holiday transfer service for our customers. Their drivers provide added personal assistance from the moment they arrive to pick a client up, include comfort stops where needed and bring their passenger to our supporters whether that is at an airport flight desk or hotel lobby. On occasion we may use local taxi companies whom we know and trust. In this case, all drivers will be given an understanding of the needs of people with learning disabilities. By prior agreement, we can also meet people at nearby coach or train stations - please contact the office for more information.
