I have a financial appointee - Does this make a difference to my booking?

Where do you fly from?

Do you arrange bespoke holidays?

Why have I been asked about an overnight stay before (or after) my holiday?

You will need to fill in an assessment of needs form. You will be sent a copy after booking and it must be returned within 21 days. It is also available here.

Lots of our clients have appointees. You can give us their details on your booking form and we can invoice them directly. Please bear in mind that most appointees need advance notice of holiday bookings to make sure clients have enough money to pay for them. We need deposits within 21 days to make sure you keep your holiday place, so to avoid disappointment it is best to tell the appointee in advance if you want to book a holiday.

We tend to fly from London Gatwick because the choice of destinations is vast, we get a wide choice of flight times, and their special assistance is excellent. We’re located in the Cotswolds and we use a local meeting point where clients from further afield can join our own transport which is included in the cost of the holiday. This means someone coming from Yorkshire, for example, only needs to travel to Gloucestershire to begin their overseas holiday.

We do offer some alternative airport departures, such as Birmingham and Manchester, and this will be listed in the brochure or online holiday information.

Yes, we can provide bespoke holidays for individuals, couples and groups. You will need to tell us your budget, along with all the important details such as where and when, who will be travelling, the activities you want to do and what your needs are. We can put together a proposal and you will be able to decide if you want to go ahead. There is a lot of work involved in this process, especially if we’re asked to make adjustments, so before we get to work there will be a non-refundable £50 deposit to cover our admin, which will be included within the final price of the holiday. You will need to make sure you have the money to pay for your holiday, so please check this before you contact us.

We tend to fly from Gatwick airport mainly because we’re located in the Cotswolds. It’s often difficult for us to book flights that suit everyone because our clients come from all over the UK. Lots of things can affect when we book flights, including how quickly people pay for their holiday, the time of year, staffing decisions, flight availability and a reasonable arrival time at the holiday destination.

Sometimes, this means that we can’t avoid an early flight. As we need our groups to meet 3.5 hours before departure, we offer clients the chance to add an overnight stay at the airport to keep travel time to a minimum. Our supporters stay at the overnight location to offer the required assistance and both they and the holidaymakers get a nice fresh start on the morning of their flight out.
