Kirstine
Kirstine started working full-time for Options in 2008. She is now the Managing Director and although she still enjoys running some of the holidays, she spends most of her time in the office managing the team and planning future trips.
Kirstine has a level 5 foundation degree in Health and Social Care.
Geraint
Geraint started working with people with learning disabilities in the late 1970s and began running holidays with Wendy in 1984. He can still be seen on the occasional holiday and is also our Health and Safety Officer and a Company Director.
Becky
Becky is our booking coordinator. She processes bookings, ensures we have correct client information, packages our holiday kits, sends out holiday information, writes some of our materials and answers enquiries. She has many years’ experience of teaching adults with learning disabilities. Becky loves dogs more than anything else in the world!
Chris
Chris is our transport coordinator. You’ll find him busy organising taxis, planning routes and keeping our minibuses in pristine condition!
Chris is a big fan of Swindon Town football and goes to as many matches as he can.
Sarah
Sarah has been part of the Options team since 2009 handling all our accounts and financial administration.
Ali
Ali is our Travel Administrator and is responsible for all our accommodation and activity bookings. Ali loves music, going to gigs with her husband who is a drummer in a band and spending time with her much loved rescue dog.
Jack M
Jack has been involved with Options for many years. His main role is in marketing, holiday planning and IT support. However, he still escapes the office sometimes to join a holiday!
Debbie
Debbie is one of our holiday leaders and makes it her top priority to ensure everyone has the best holiday they can. when at home Debbie loves spending her time with her grandkids.
Carolyn
Carolyn is an experienced supporter. She loves to travel to remote places. Carolyn is also an artist and teaches English in her spare time.
Neil is a big fan of outdoor adventure and is often found exploring the world in his camper van.
Jade
Jade joined in 2019. She has many years of experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities and has a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management. Jade leads many of our holidays.

Sam
Sam joined the team in 2021. She has been a therapist and supporter for people from all walks of life for the last 20 years. In her spare time, you can find her enjoying nature with her dog, spending time with her grandson or getting creative at home.
Sheila
Shelia joined Options in 2022 after a long career as a Civil Servant. In her spare time, you’ll find her walking her dogs or enjoying yoga.
Hazel
Hazel is a learning support worker and loves to support on our holidays when she can.
Patricia
Patricia is an experienced supporter with an interest in teaching yoga, art, drama and dance to adults with learning disabilities.
Jack S
Jack joined the team in 2024 He loves the role and finds it very rewarding. In his spare time he enjoys acting and volunteering.
Claire
Claire supports on many of our holidays. She loves to spend time with her dogs and daughter as well as helping out her local community. Claire is also a registered therapist.
For many years a teacher of adults with learning disabilities and teenagers on vocational courses, Ray joined Options for a rest! He loves dogs, shoes and travelling.

Joyce
Joyce is a retired social worker who loves cycling, walking and spending time with her family and friends. In her leisure time she supports children with disabilities.
Karen has worked in care for many years and loves the work she does. Karen has a passion for travelling, soul music and collecting vinyl records, reading books and knitting.
Karen
Macey has a deep appreciation for the outdoors (especially on a sunny day) and is often found digging in the garden, listening to music and finding bliss in her kitchen.
Macey loves exploring new places and sharing these experiences with friends and family.
